Staying at the Bamford Quaker Community
We are delighted that this small, residential Quaker Community is hosting Sawfest. Whether you book to sleep in the house, camp in the grounds or stay somewhere nearby, Sawfest participants will be using the garden, sheds, compost loo, kitchen plus another room in the house if it pours with rain. You will be made very welcome and we ask that you treat all shared spaces – indoors and outdoors – with respect. We will get everyone together to explain any house rules at the start of the event.
Food and Drink
Vegetarian meals will be provided on Saturday and Sunday. Please tell us by 6 July if you have any other dietary needs. If you like to drink tea or coffee during the daytime, please bring your own vacuum flask. Please also bring a cup or refillable water bottle to minimise waste and washing up. Snacks will be available during breaks plus a means of heating water. Other drinks are up to you but please don’t drink alcohol in the house. There’s a really nice pub in the village!
